Engineering work is taking place between Newport (South Wales) and Pontypool, closing some lines.

The following services will be amended:

• 20:30 Manchester Piccadilly to Cardiff Central service will terminate at Hereford. A rail replacement bus will operate from Hereford to Cardiff Central, departing at 23:10.
• 21:15 Carmarthen to Hereford service will terminate at Newport (South Wales). A rail replacement bus will operate from Newport (South Wales) to Hereford, departing at 23:56
